Ok so I’m not scared of much – what I am scared of is heights (and punch and judy puppets but thats another story!!) SO when I got the chance to photograph Duke Special on the Belfast Wheel I have to admit nerves kicked in – but I am pleased to report I conquered my fear for the occasion (well I stopped shaking long enough to point the camera 🙂 ) and am well pleased with the results, he was an absolute gentleman to shoot – so here are a few sneaky previews of the man himself, currently promoting his Dukebox night at Belsonic…
A few sneaky peeks at some shots from the promo shoot I did with Kev and Daniel of Tucandeo, their website is being built so as soon as its up and running I’ll get a link on here! Tried something a little different with these ones, playing about with long and double exposures (all these effects were achieved in camera bar a little upping of the contrast in photoshop) so let me know what you think!
Been getting booked for a good few weddings recently – when shooting them I use a relaxed documentary style which seems to be very popular as I’m getting more and more requests for weddings all over Ireland! This is the most recent one I did so here are a few pics. I was really pleased with these – the groom was from New Zealand and he loved the fact it was raining – he thought it made it more authentic to here which was great as the brolllies gave the pics something a little different!
Congratulations again to Janice and Barry!
one shot from the second day of BBC Blast – we’d a little spare time at the end of todays session so I did a few shots myself with the models (who also designed their own outfits – talented is an understatement!!) They were a fantastic bunch – all really talented. The photographers on the course excelled themselves, the models were astounding for never having posed for a shoot before and the hair and makeup was flawless – just a great day all round!
